Opening the Weekend at the Top
Marc Márquez set the fastest time of 1’37.295, marking a strong start to the weekend. Although he struggled during FP1, he steadily improved his pace afterward. Despite it being his first outing on a Ducati and lacking a fully refined electronic control setup, he adapted well and focused on further adjustments to improve conditions moving forward.

“We had a good start to the weekend. FP1 was a bit challenging, but after that, the sessions went well. Since it’s my first ride on the Ducati, the electronic control setup, including engine braking, wasn’t fully in place. However, we managed to progress steadily. Tomorrow, the conditions will improve even more, so it’s important to continue working on riding style and setup adjustments.”
“The race pace feels good, even with medium and soft used tires. Of course, time attacks are always crucial, and starting from the front row will be important. But overall, I’m feeling very comfortable with the pace. Tomorrow, my rivals will likely be Álex, Fabio Di Giannantonio, Pecco, and Marco Bezzecchi.”
