A Challenging Day with Setup Struggles

Miguel Oliveira faced difficulties during the afternoon session, struggling in his time attack and finishing 18th with a best time of 1’38.649. In his second attempt, he was hindered by Enea Bastianini, losing the chance to improve his lap. Oliveira is aiming to make adjustments and target better lap times moving forward.

“The afternoon session was tough. I was hoping to improve my time in the second attack, but I got caught behind Bastianini and missed the opportunity. Right now, the biggest challenge is the setup during time attacks. The feeling with the medium rear tire is good, so I’ll work on fine-tuning the setup while leveraging the positive sensations from the used tire. Small improvements can lead to significant time gains, so I’m confident heading into tomorrow.”
