Round 3: Americas GP – Morbidelli Just Misses Podium but Shows Strength with P4 Finish | MotoGP 2025

Franco Morbidelli (Pramac Ducati) delivered a quietly impressive performance at the 2025 Americas Grand Prix, finishing 4th after a composed and strategic ride. Starting from 5th on the grid, Morbidelli overcame a tough start and early-race chaos to settle into a strong pace, narrowly missing out on a podium but proving his form and confidence are firmly returning.

He now sits 4th in the overall standings with 55 points, further solidifying his strong start to the season.

Franco Morbidelli:

“I’m satisfied with this race. Saturday was a bit of a struggle, but today—even though my start wasn’t great—I had a really good feeling on the bike.

“There was a lot of battling early on, but once things settled, I was able to find my rhythm. Overall, it was a good weekend, and I feel like today we made another step forward. I felt a lot of potential in the Sunday race, and my goal moving forward is to keep this momentum and get as close to the top positions as possible.”
