
Round 3: Americas GP – Enea Bastianini: “I Finally Felt One with the Bike” | MotoGP 2025
Enea Bastianini (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) delivered his best performance of the season so far at the 2025 Americas Grand Prix, finishing 7th after a calculated and confident ride from 17th on the grid. Amid pre-race chaos caused by unpredictable weather and tire decisions, Bastianini maintained composure and executed a smart race that highlighted progress in both setup and confidence.
Top-7 Finish After Starting 17th – Best Ride of the Season
After a rain-hit warm-up session and confusion over tire strategy on the grid, the race was shortened to 19 laps, with all riders eventually opting for slick tires. From the sixth row, Bastianini steadily climbed the order, showing consistent pace and impressive tire management.
Enea Bastianini:
“This was definitely my best race of the season, and I finally felt a real connection with the bike.
“Adjusting the balance helped a lot, especially with front-end feel—and that translated into better riding. We’ll keep checking on these improvements as we head into the next round.”
