Practice 8th Place – Fabio Quartararo: “Making it into Q2 is Important” – Argentina GP MotoGP 2025
Working on Improving Rear Grip
Fabio Quartararo faced challenges in FP1, finishing 13th, but mounted a comeback towards the end of the practice sessions. Pushing hard in his final attack to secure a spot in Q2, he set a time of 1’37.818, placing 8th and just 0.523 seconds off the leader.

“It was a good day but also a tough one. I didn’t expect to struggle as much this morning. However, the most important thing is that we made it into Q2. We’re currently working on improving rear grip, so I want to identify where we can make further progress for tomorrow. So far, I’m getting quite a positive feeling.”
